What we collect
Only what is needed to process and service your loan: name, date of birth, mobile number, email, PAN, addresses, employment / business and income details, existing loans, bank account for disbursement, documents you upload, and records of your consents. On assisted visits our staff may record the visit location. We do not access your device's contacts, photos, media, files or call logs.
Why we use it
To check your identity (PAN verification through an authorised service), obtain your credit information through the lender with your consent, assess preliminary eligibility, share your application with the lender you chose, help you through the Key Fact Statement and agreement, and support servicing and grievance handling.
Who we share it with
The lending partner (Regulated Entity) processing your loan, credit information companies through that lender, and service providers bound by confidentiality (for example SMS, cloud hosting and verification services). We do not sell your data.
Consent
We ask for specific consent for each purpose and record the exact wording and version you accepted. You can withdraw optional consents at any time from the customer portal; withdrawal does not affect processing already done or records the law requires us or the lender to keep.
Storage & retention
Data is protected with encryption and access controls and retained only as long as required for the purpose and under applicable law and the lender's requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter we store only your email address and the date you subscribed, and use it only to send updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
