• The lender alone decides whether to lend, how much and at what rate, and issues the Key Fact Statement and loan agreement.
• Loans are disbursed by the lender directly to your bank account; repayments go only to the lender.
• Recovery agents, if any, act on the lender's instructions and are listed by the lender.
